As of January 2025, the LEEPAAC Bylaws have changed for the annual dues.

Article VII: Miscellaneous, Section 5. Dues.

The Board shall assess dues for membership at the rate of $100.00 per agency or individual member per year. Dues may be waived or adjusted for certain special circumstances that may arise. However, The Board must approve any and all waivers.

We respectfully request payment for the annual L.E.E.P.A.A.C. dues of $100.00. Furthermore, please ensure that a current roster is sent to Secretary Emily McBride at secretary.leepaac@outlook.com.

2026 Regional Conference (July 19, 2026)

To register for the 2026 Regional Conference, please complete the registration form. There are three registration options available: Member, Non-Member, and Out-of-State. If you are not a member of LEEPAAC, please select the Non-Member option. If you have any questions about LEEPAAC membership and its benefits, feel free to contact one of the board members. Please note that individuals who select the incorrect registration type will receive an updated invoice.

This year, ALL attendees are required to fill out two waiver forms: one from the school and another from LEEPAAC. Please make sure to submit both waivers prior to the conference or at the registration check-in table upon your arrival. The waiver forms are provided below.

To help reduce costs this year, ALL attendees will need to provide their own linens (ie. towels, sheets, pillows). A separate email regarding room assignments will be sent out later.

Each Post attending will be expected to provide at least one working Advisor.

$450.00 General Registration - Members and Out-of-State Attendees

$475.00 General Registration - Non-Members

LATE REGISTRATION (June 1-15)

$500.00 Late Registration - Members and Out-of-State Attendees

$525.00 Late Registration - Non-Members

** NO REFUNDS after June 1, 2026

There's a 2.75% convenience fee for credit card payments. If you are paying by check, please register your post and then contact Treasurer Kunugi to waive the fee.
