Advisors need to register the name of the advisor who will be driving their Explorer Post for the night and the names of the Explorers participating. There are currently 18 slots available for 18 different departments. If the slots are not filled, you can register a second team as the date approaches (this date will be announced).
Please ensure that you bring your waiver with you. If you attended the 2024 Regional Conference, you do not need to bring a waiver. Just inform Treasurer Kunugi so she can verify that it is on file.
