To register for the 2025 Regional Conference, please complete the registration form. There are three registration options available: Member, Non-Member, and Out-of-State. If you are not a member of LEEPAAC, please select the Non-Member option. If you have any questions about LEEPAAC membership and its benefits, feel free to contact one of the board members. Please note that individuals who select the incorrect registration type will receive an updated invoice.
This year, ALL attendees are required to fill out two waiver forms: one from the school and another from LEEPAAC. Please make sure to submit both waivers prior to the conference or at the registration check-in table upon your arrival. The waiver forms are provided below.
To help reduce costs this year, ALL attendees will need to provide their own linens, bedding, and pillows. A separate email regarding room assignments will be sent out later.
Each Post attending will be expected to provide at least one working Advisor.

There's a 2.75% convenience fee for credit card payments. If you are paying by check, please register your post and then contact Treasurer Kunugi to waive the fee.
