ROOM ASSIGNMENTS AND MEALS The conference fee covers 4 nights of lodging, starting on Saturday, July 12, 2025. All guests must check out of their rooms by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Each unit can accommodate either four (4) Explorers or two (2) advisors. We would greatly appreciate it if advisors could share a room to help reduce costs. Room assignments will be based on the roster provided. Final names and rosters are due by June 15, 2025, to facilitate housing and team assignments. Please note that no cancellations or refunds will be allowed after June 1, 2025. Meals will be provided on the following days:
